On February 13, I started my orthodontic treatment with them, and I couldn't feel better cared for. All the doctors and assistants made my appointment very bearable and gave me all the instructions so that everything was perfect. Without a doubt, it is my trusted clinic!

They never respect schedules with delays of up to two hours, it's not once it's always. They will not realize that patients also have obligations.

Dear Sanitas team: At the end of June of last year I called your contract colleagues to find out about the health insurance conditions, as I was interested in being able to carry my future pregnancy and delivery at the Sanitas La Moraleja hospital as it is the closest to my home. My questions were focused directly on the lack of insurance in order to plan my pregnancy like this. The only grace period that they told me about was the 8-month period to cover childbirth, and some hospital admission unless she had been with another insurance for a minimum of 1 year, excluding childbirth from this option, which would be paid in any case not complying with the 8-month grace period. Given that I was not yet pregnant at the time and given that this was the only deficiency they told me about, I made the decision to take out the insurance the following month, even though from then until the end of the year I had to pay the two insurances simultaneously each month (the previous one that he had and the one from Sanitas, thus covering the casuistry of spending at least 1 year with another insurance). What was my surprise in the 20th week of my pregnancy when when I went to do the Eco Doppler I had to pay €83 for not being covered by the insurance "not being in need". I filed a complaint and after 2 days they called me informing that they had been listening to the two telephone conversations I had with the recruitment team and confirming that they had NOT warned me about the need for grace to perform any ultrasound. Even so, they told me that Sanitas could not take care of that amount, without giving any explanation. With which, after having specifically asked about the lack of insurance, and not having been informed by you correctly, I have had to pay for a service that was supposed to be included. I feel cheated and cheated. My only motivation to change my insurance was to take my pregnancy and delivery to the previously mentioned hospital, and before hiring Sanitas I asked the questions focused exclusively on that. You do not inform me of all the additional payments that I have to make, I have been paying 2 medical insurance for almost half a year and when I go to do a routine pregnancy test such as the ECO20, I have to contribute €83. I claim it, you thoroughly review the conversations, you confirm that I am right and that I was not told and yet you tell me that you are not responsible for that amount. This fact shows that Sanitas Seguros is not a trustworthy company and that it is not up to the task. I hope you will review this case or at least prevent future patients from feeling as deceived as I did. Thank you so much.
